Wellness Event for the Helping Professional
Join us for an evening of support, self care and building connections. Hosted by Bridging Hearts LLC and Mosaic Wellness Consulting LLC. This event is dedicated to help support and nurture our fellow helping professionals in a way that is fun, engaging and collaborative. Our evening will include a talk on developing a self care plan, a mindful meditation, wellness swag bags, light refreshments, make your own aromatherapy sugar scrub and an opportunity to network.

Social Emotional Workshop for children
For children ages 4-8, join us for an interactive empowerment workshop promoting social-emotional growth accompanied by a book and craft. Topic: Identifying Feelings and Coping with Worries. This workshop will focus on exploring thoughts and feelings while providing tools for age appropriate coping strategies. Co-facilitated with Art Therapist Ros Gourvitz owner of The Art Diner in Chester.
Kids will learn how to make a worry monster craft that will help kids build resilience by releasing their fears and worries to their worry monster before going to sleep at night.
